- Your package’s billing weight refers to the larger value between the actual weight and the volume weight. In most cases, the volume weight is calculated as length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 5000 for small packets.
- Please remember to add a note of your order number on the checkout page when you are buying shipping goods. This will help us avoid misunderstandings and expedite the warehouse operations for you.
- Please understand the estimated delivery time is just the average business days range under most ordinary circumstances, such as non-Christmas season, non-statutory holidays, non-extreme weather, etc.
- Our shipping method can be applied to most of the weight range of the actual package (refer to the detailed info if applicable). When the package is overweight, it will be automatically split into multiple parcels for delivery.
