At CNGoodsBuy.com, physical product orders now use CNGB Two-step Shipping. This process separates the product payment from the international shipping payment so that shipping is charged after the parcel reaches the CNGoodsBuy China warehouse and can be packed, weighed, and measured accurately.
1. First Payment: Product Order Checkout
When you place a product order, your first checkout payment covers the item cost, service fees, and any seller-to-CNGoodsBuy-warehouse domestic freight shown at checkout. The first checkout does not charge the final international shipping fee.
For eligible physical products, CNGoodsBuy directs the first shipment to our China warehouse for purchasing, receiving, inspection, packing, and measurement.
2. Second Payment: International Shipping After Warehouse Measurement
After your parcel reaches the warehouse and is measured, CNGoodsBuy will show available international shipping options based on the parcel destination, goods type, actual weight, and dimensions.
You can choose and pay the international shipping fee from the secure shipping payment link sent by CNGoodsBuy or from the payment button shown in your CNGoodsBuy account order details. The selected international shipping fee is added to the original order for payment.
3. Why This Process Is Used
CNGB Two-step Shipping helps avoid inaccurate upfront shipping estimates. It lets CNGoodsBuy calculate international shipping from the packed parcel, which is usually more transparent for customers buying from Taobao, 1688, Weidian, and other China-based marketplaces.
