2. CNGoodsBuy warehouse to your international address: After the parcel is received, packed, weighed, and measured, you choose an available international shipping line and pay the accurate international shipping fee.

3. Stage 1: Seller to CNGoodsBuy China Warehouse

• Process: After you place an order on our website, CNGoodsBuy purchases the item from the seller. The seller ships the item to our warehouse address in China.

• Domestic shipping time: This typically takes 2-7 business days within China, depending on the seller location and logistics provider.

• Warehouse receipt and inspection: Once the item arrives, CNGoodsBuy receives the parcel, may check the item, and prepares the parcel for international shipping measurement.

• Important: You are responsible for providing correct product links, specifications, quantity, and destination information. We are not liable for delays caused by sellers, incorrect product details, or domestic logistics companies.

4. Stage 2: Choose and Pay International Shipping

4.1. Before International Shipping Can Be Paid

Before the international shipping payment is available, the parcel must be received, packed, weighed, and measured by the CNGoodsBuy warehouse. Your order must also have a complete and accurate destination address.

4.2. Choosing a Shipping Line

• Available methods: CNGoodsBuy displays available international shipping lines based on your destination, goods type, parcel weight, and parcel dimensions.

• Shipping payment: CNGoodsBuy sends a secure shipping payment link and may also show a payment action in your account order details. You choose one available shipping line and pay the international shipping fee there.

• Cost calculation: International shipping may be calculated by actual weight, volumetric weight, billable volume, or other carrier rules. If volumetric weight applies, the carrier formula uses parcel length, width, and height with the divisor set by the shipping line.
