- The billable weight refers to the larger value of the actual weight and the volume weight. The volume weight is calculated as length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 8000.
- Please remember to note your product order ID on the checkout page when you buy shipping methods, so that our warehouse can review and speed up the process for you.
- The delivery time range is the average business days under most ordinary circumstances, non-Christmas season, non-statutory holidays, non-extreme weather, and so on.
- Normally, our shipping method can be applied to most of the weight range. If your parcel is overweight, it may be automatically spited into multiple parcels for delivery.
