3. Stage 1: Domestic Shipping to Our Warehouse

  • Process: After you place an order on our website, we proceed to purchase the item from the seller. The seller then ships the item to our warehouse address in China.

  • Shipping Time: This typically takes 2-7 business days within China, depending on the seller’s location and their chosen logistics provider.

  • Tracking: We will update your order status on your CNGoodsBuy account once the item arrives at our warehouse. You can track the domestic shipping (if a tracking number is provided by the seller) through your account.

  • Important: You are responsible for providing the correct product links and specifications. We are not liable for delays caused by the seller or domestic logistics companies.

4. Stage 2: International Shipping to Your Address

4.1. Prerequisites for International Shipping

Before you can submit a shipment, the following must be complete:

  • All items you wish to ship together must have “Arrived” status in your warehouse.

  • You must have provided a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • You must have paid for the items and any outstanding fees.

  • Consolidation: You can submit all your arrived items in one shipment for consolidation. We will repack them to reduce volume and weight, which can save on shipping costs.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer various international shipping methods (e.g., EMS, ePacket, DHL, FedEx, Sea Freight). The available options, estimated delivery times, and costs will be displayed for you to choose from during the shipment submission process.
